Music-wise, yes.
I've already covered this in my other thread. The music from 2015, especially hip-hop, has already started to feel dated. Hip-hop from the late 2010's is a lot less autotuned and has a more heavy bass to it.
Technologically, almost nothing has changed. People are still using the same Smartphones they did back in 2015, with the exception of the iPhone X.
Fashion-wise, I haven't noticed much of a change, but I hardly pay attention to fashion.

No 2015 is not dated, at least not to me. But I do miss this year and enjoyed it a lot. It is distant now, especially the early part when Trump wasn't in the picture. The music and general vibe was also different. But the last dated year to me I would say is probably 2011. 2015 is distant and seperate from now though and it was different. Anything less than 5 years ago can never feel dated for me.

Yeah the music was the most different part in terms of culture. TV and movies were also a bit different but fashion has remained unchanged although I don't know anything about fashion so maybe that changed too. Politics was a lot more stable in 2015 although the drama did start around that year.
