Head onto Kanye's insta, he screencapped a convo with the head of twitter.
Kanye wants to remove follower count numbers so people get less caught up
on how many likes/followers someone has.

I've been asking for a way to hide who you follow or who's following you for ages. I don't care about the number though.

This could legit change the game, I am rooting for Kanye in this despite his ignorant comments on slavery
