Subject: Game May Be Stopping for GameStop

Written By: LyricBoy on 09/11/19 at 7:20 pm

Ubiquitous game retailer GameStop has announced that they will be closing 200 stores (on top of another 195 that it already closed in the past twelve months) and that there will be even more closures to come.  :\'(

I hope they do not go completely under. Where will people buy games? ???

I still own WWE 2K17 but if they do shut down Gamestop near me well at least I have something to keep myself entertained with.

Good! I got fed up with Gamestop a long time ago and started buying and selling my games online after dealing with those cheapskates for years.

At Target or Best Buy. They sell games there.

Though unfortunately my Target seems to have a low amount of sold games.

Burst Buy is circling the drain too.

If my Gamestop goes out of business what should I do with my 1 video game that I own?

You could always sell it on eBay.

Epic Game Store
G2A
Origin online store

I don't honestly know anyone who buys games from physical stores anymore. They're just obsolete.

After I bought my last game, I stopped but I may go back in the near future if I want to trade in my game for something else.
