Subject: Australia surfer saves wife by punching shark

Written By: Philip Eno on 08/15/20 at 10:24 am

A man leapt from his surfboard on to a shark that was attacking his wife, repeatedly punching the animal until it let go, Australian media report. Chantelle Doyle, 35, was surfing off Shelly Beach at Port Macquarie, New South Wales, when the attack took place. Her husband punched the shark until it released its grip and then helped Ms Doyle to the shore. She was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries to her right leg.

Sharks don't intentionally attack or eat people. They're looking for seals. If they realize what they have bitten is not a seal they spit it out.

It is not the bite from the shark you worry about it is the size of the bite that worries us.

Sharks should be avoided if at all possible.

Sharks do not act like they were portrayed in the movie "Jaws" in 1975. Somehow, a fictitious movie was taken as gospel truth and the perception of sharks was changed forever. Peter Benchley, the author of the original book, is absolutely horrified by this. "Knowing what I know now, I could never write that book today," he said.

How "Jaws" Misrepresented The Great White:

And the fake news media, like clockwork, shifts into "shark" mode every summer relentlessly. "Shark sighting! Shark sighting!" they scream in unison. There's really no need for it. Of course there's shark sightings, they're looking for seals. Stay out of their way. And don't dress up like a seal or walrus in a blubbery looking wetsuit and jump into their home territory for heaven's sake. Use common sense.  ::)

I saw Steven Spielberg in a live interview back in 1978 in London, and he said the mechanical shark used in the film was not frightening at all, and all you heard was, putting his hands to his mouth, was huffing and puffing all day long.

It will change the people's impression of marmots forever. Do we really want that? Look what happened to sharks after "Jaws". Never ending fake news.

Disney had it wrong with Lemmings too?

Correct. Disney actually KILLED those lemmings when faking that they were "committing mass suicide"! That's before the days of "no animals were harmed in the making of this movie".
