Looks like the tweet was done from the official BBC Twitter account. So that counts as news media, I imagine.
And the story is then further distributed by the “starro23 certified post operation”. 8)
Given the news, Dr. Anthony Fauci recommends that Londoners wear masks if they decide to walk through the sewer pipes.

The twitter account used for imparting this information is BNN Bloomberg, the Canadian English language specialty channel owned by Bell Media.

Yes, although he should have duct taped his hazmat pants down by the ankles to prevent contamination from running up his legs. Same for the wrists.
