Okay, how did songs about the weather get changed to songs about seasons? ::) I think these should be two separate threads...

Subject: Re: Hows about we list Songs to do with the Weathe

I beg to differ, Karen. The weather has a lot to do with the seasons. The phrase "hot" is always in a weather forecasting much like Sunny, windy, thunderstorms, etc. So IMHO, we shouldn't try to separate the two for simplicity's sake. :)

How about "WIND AND RAIN" by BLUESTONE
  goes like this;
It was 2am when I hit town again and i jumped off the big freight train, quiet as a mouse i went to bonnie's house and i tapped on the window pane, she said"come on in you look soaked to the skin,get out of the wind and rain", she sat on her bed and she smiled and she said "it's good to have you back again"
Turn out the light make the most of the night ,I'm only here till morning, then i must go from the firelight glow, the wind and rain are calling.
DOES ANYONE ELSE REMEMBER THIS SONG? ??? :-/

Box of Rain
Here Comes Sunshine
Looks Like Rain
Weather Report Suite
Samba In the Rain

all by the Good Ol' Grateful Dead!!!!!

They also did a cover of the Beatles "Rain."

At outdoor shows, they'd often key these songs to the actual weather...if it was raining they would play the rain songs, then break into Here Comes Sunshine when the clouds lifted!!!
