I don't know if this is the movie. But the last part sounds like "Best Men" with Dean Cain, Andy Dick and a few others. One was getting married when his best men rob a bank and he gets involved. In the end they make a getaway in a bus and are caught in a roadblock where they are shot down by a heap of police. It ended with Dean Cain (I think) laying beside the toppled bus bleeding to death.
