What food? ???
What games? ???
What dress? ???
Can use any ideas andone can give :)

Well, man, the '70s parties I used to attend were.......umm........well, I'll just answer the questions.
Food: PLENTY of munchies. :P
Games: Quarter bounce, BUZZ, Who will be the "last man standing". 8)
Dress: Depends on what stage of the party and which room you happen to be in and who's in there with ya. (In other words, clothes be optional) :o

Whatever you do make it absolutely clear that no one is allowed to wear a polyester leisure suit.
Or, tell everyone that comes that they have to wear one.
And all the girls have to wear mini-skirts so short that you can see the crotch of their panties. (then again I grew up in Utah and we could have been a little behind the times.)
The girls can wear their hair any way they want, but the guys have to have that hair cut where just the bottom half of their ear is showing.
Beer: The Silver Bullet
Wine: TJ Swann or Boones Farm Strawberry Hill
You have to have black lights and florescent posters
You have to have strobe lights
You have to at least have a lava lamp
As far as food goes you can just have pizza.
