Subject: 1970s Self Help Books/Non-Fiction

Just wondering how many of those self help books from the 70s you remember ? The one that sticks out in my mind the most is Dr. Wayne Dyer's, "Your Erroneous Zones"- all about how to deal with life better.

I also remember"I'm Okay-You're Okay","How To Be Your Own Best Friend" I remember reading Your Erroneous Zone as a teen and it made an impression on me.I think the most famous self-help book from that era (unless it actually came out in the 60s) was The Sensuous Woman.

Who can ever forget "Our Bodies, Our Selves"? They continue to update that book even till today.

I never did read Jonathan Livingston Seagull, though.
