Yes, they both will be sadly missed  :'(   I wasn't shocked to hear of the death of Johnny Cash but John Ritters came as a complete shock to me this morning when I awoke and turned on the news. I heard them say Cash had died but when they mentioned John Ritters death I thought I heard it wrong, that they were talking about him and it only sounded like they said he died. I know we all have to go sometime but when it is someone so young it takes us all by surprise.

I was totally shocked to hear about the passing of John Ritter.  I loved him as Jack Tripper on Three's Company.  He will be truly missed

I was so shocked too about John Ritter.  Johnny was to be expected as he has been so unwell of late.  John R was only 54 and it sounds like this happened completely out of the blue.

I liked him in so many movie roles and sitcoms :(

Johnny I saw in concert twice but really only so I could see Kristofferson !!  Johnny really was never my taste.  I liked some of his songs - but I preferred it when Kris sang the ones he wrote rather that giving them to Johnny to sing.

But I certainly dont deny Johnny was a legend and its a tragedy he had to go.

From what I heard and read it was an undiagnosable tear in his aorta.

I'm waiting for the tribute albums. Johnny Cash had a lived in voice as well as a lived in face, in the best possible way of course.

Remember Me

Remember me with smiles and laughter,
Because that is the way I will remember you all.
If you can only remember me with tears,
Then don't remember me at all.

An Irish Poem of Remembrance

For Johnny Cash, John Ritter, proving nice guys can finish first.

That's very nice bkohtal.

I just don't want my Mother to read the tribute cause she's very sensitive and it reminds her of my brother who passed away 8 years ago from Diabetes.   :( :'(

John Ritter....so young.  Watching Three's Co without him alive is so strange.
