Oh wow, a topic I can REALLY get into!  There were a ton of really great 70's Sci-Fi shows.  To bad most never made it out of the first season.  Here are a few that I can recall off of the top of my head (in no particular order):

Battlestar Galactica
Salvage 1
Star Trek - The Animates Series
Quark
The Martian Chronicles (This was really a mini-series, but close enough for me)
Night Gallery
The Girl With Something Special (Not really sci-fi, but the "something special" was ESP powers, so close enough)
Buck Rogers In The 25th Century
Planet Of The Apes
The Invisible Man
Wonder Woman (the 1940's version was better then the 1970's version I thought)
Space: 1999
Ark II (Hey, I was like 7 when that came on!)
Six Million Dollar Man (and the spin-off, the Bionic Babe)
Land Of The Lost
Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy
Incredible Hulk
SpiderMan
Exo-Man
Logan's Run
The Questor Tapes
The Man From Atlantis
Kolchak - The Night Stalker
Mork & Mindy (I was not sure if it belongs here or not, but since Mork was an alien, I guess it is sci-fi)
Fantasy Island (Once again, not sure if it belongs, but there was an element of supernatural involved, so I included it)
Johnny Sokko And His Flying Robot

There is one other show I am trying to remember the name of.  I remember it featured a young (early to mid 20's) couple who lived on a generational space ship.  They did not realize that they were on a space ship at all, and there were these "domes" all over it, with different environments.  Each week they ended up in a different dome having a different adventure.  It was live action and aimed at adults I think, and if I remember right, it was an hour long.  This would have been around 1973.  That is all I could dig out of 30 year old memories, anybody else remember this one, and what it was called?

It was called Star Lost

Thanks!  I was wracking my brain, trying to come up with the name of that show.

I also remembered yet another one, Project UFO, often called in syndication as "Project Blue Book".  Kind of the grandfather of X-Files

I wasn't (and still not) much into sci-fi, but I did watch with regularity: Space 1999, Salvage-1, The Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman.

Used to watch the Star Trek and Planet of the Apes cartoons.  :)

Ark-II!! Holy cow!! I posted a message on here a while ago asking if anyone remembered that show!  I just Googled it, boy does that bring back memories!  :)

BTW, Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy came out in 1981.
