Does anyone remember on Sunday nights watching Mutual Omaha's Wid Kingdom waiting for the Walt Disney Show to come on ? I can remember setting in front of the TV with a bag of chips and a bottle of Pepsi in the 16oz. returnables .

I remember well. Instead of Pepsi though, I had my ice-cold Coca-Cola in hand and a bag of either pistachio nuts or Munchos potato chips. Thank you for the memories. :)

I remember both of those shows. Here's one that I doubt many will remember-a show called "My World and Welcome to it" about a cartoonist.

I remember having a Swanson's ham dinner in the aluminum foil package, watching Wild Kingdom and hoping against all hopes that another deity condemned football game wouldn't go into overtime. If it did I would only see the last 5 minutes of the Wonderful World of Disney!  Thus the festering hatred of professional sports begins.
