Subject: Author of song

Anyone know the author of  Elvis Pressley..."Crying In The Rain?", or how I may find out?  I have original vinyl seems to be prior Elvis recording. :)

Hi there!

According to several sources I've read it doesn't seem that Elvis ever recorded Crying In The Rain, a song made famous by The Everly Brothers and written by the Greenfield/King writing team.

However, if, like me, you ever saw The Everly Brothers being credited as recording a song called Crying In The Chapel, and been as confused and annoyed as me...

Apparently, the writer of this song is Artie Glenn, a country singer and bassist.

I hope this answers your question.
