"#1 Dee Jay" [sic] was a minor hit by the group Goody Goody here in the U.S. in the Fall of '78. It was off their 1978 album, simply titled "Goody Goody". Unfortunately, the album is long out-of-print, and has never been re-issued on CD here in the U.S. I have the album on cassette myself...
