To whom it may concern,
I am in search of information concerning the song title "New Orleans Lady." I believe it was a 70's hit song. The artist may be Louisanna LaRou, I am not certain. I just can't seem to find any info on this paticular song title. It would be most appreciated if you could help me locate any information concerning the song. Have a nice day, and Thank you for your time. Deanna

the group is Louisiana's Leroux (shortened later to Leroux). it was released in 1978 chart position i don't know because i don't have the billboard book to look it up. you can find it on a greatest hits cd called,"Bayou Degrable:The Best of Leroux. release in 1996 or 97 on razor&tie records. it also includes,"Throw Away The Stone","Nobody Said It Was Easy","Addicted"(unedited version), and their last chart song, "Carrie's Gone". i hope this helps you. i should know this answer, i live in New Orleans.
