Subject: Mystery Solving Cartoon. Need Name Please Thanx..

It was a club/clubhouse or something. Kinda like Scooby-Doo. There were two letters that represented their club name and the name of the cartoon.

Was it Clue Club? They had a dune buggy and 2 sleuth dogs, can't remember the names(Woofer & Whimper?) and they had that kid Dottie who could never go on any missions 'cause she was too young yet smarter than most of the gang b/c she helped solve most of the cases.
