I have been searching for the original host of family feud.. he I beleive might be dead now....
I am thinking of Richard Dawson.. this one was before him..
I can not find the answer anywhere..
in fact I think this man actually killed himself..
he was a blast..

The original host of Family Feud was indeed Richard Dawson...I don't know the exact year, but it was in the late 70's.
