Does any one know if the Marathon candy bar is still for sale? How can I get a hold of one? Pleast post your response. I'll be checking the board.

According to the hometownfavorites.com website's "Boy They Were Good" page, this product has been discontinued. Sorry.

now then,i don,t know where you live but here in england the marathon bar has now changed it,s name to snickers for some unknown reason.

Snickers? I don't know how that's possible. They are 2 different candy bars. I thought the Marathon bar looked like a "chain" and was chocolate covered caramel? It was definitely different than a Snickers.

chocolate covered caramel bars that looked like a chain were called curly wurly,s,and still are to this day.

Not sure where you are, but here in the U.S. (at least in Md.) Marathon bars were chocolate covered caramel and they were twisted...like a chain. Never heard of curly wurly's. Marathon bars are not made anymore.
