Go with stick straight if you can. Center part. Best if you don't have bangs and it just hangs straight down by your face. Or braid a couple little sections in the front, right by your ears - rubber band the ends of them together under you chin and then flip it back over your head so it holds the hair back from your face.
Good luck - at least you have long hair - that was what was really in.
