Good pick for a fav RockandRollFan. I'll also voted for "Out In The Country".
After that "Easy To Be Hard", "Celebrate" ***, "One" and "Black and White" (just the music, the lyrics are kind of silly)

*** I always liked this part...  :)

Dress up tonight, why be lonely?
You'll stay at home and you'll be alone
So why be lonely?
Sittin' alone, sittin' on a pillow
Waitin' to climb the walls

but always hated the closing celebrate, celebrate part.  :(

:D

i picked "easy to be hard". the last note of that song sends chills up and down my spine - what an incredible voice (-too bad he became a junkie and waisted it). i also love the song "woman" -great riff, etc.

Diff-i-cult...so many good songs from this lot ('The Show Must Go On' being a stand-out exception...!)

'Mama Told Me Not To Come' just by a whisker from 'One'

I also like "Try A Little Tenderness"  Way back in 1982 I was in Utah.  I was actually living with some mormon missionaries (Talk about me being outta place) when we spent a Monday night visiting some lady missionaries...they started to sing along to "Joy To The World" when suddenly I heard them change this verse: But I Helped Him Drink His Wine to this: But I Helped Him Drink His MILK!  ::)

I picked Old Fashioned Love Song  because I'm a romantic at heart, but I love a lot of their music.  Joy To The World being one, just because it's a fun song.  Used to sing the chorus to my kids at night, they loved it.

I'm sure they are still good but without original member Chuck Negron, I don't think they're AS good  :-\\

Chuck really was the voice of the band, IMHO.
