I'm not sure of the title of this song, but the chorus goes, "Don't you remember you told me you love me, baby? Baby, baby, baby, baby, oh baby...I love you, I really do...) Anyway, whatever this song is called, gets my vote.

I think Karen Carpenter had a fantastic voice, and that she and her brother were great songwriters. My only beef with the Carpenters is that I think that the way their songs were arranged (in particular, the backing vocals) made them sound a little sappy.

i picked rainy days and mondays because the way karen sings it..like she lives that way(yes i know shes gone...shes buried at the same place my mothers buried)..but my favorite carpenter song is "A SONG FOR YOU''...I THINK originally done by ray charles..

I picked Close To You...But really prefer 'Other' because my absolute favorite from this time is 'Calling Occupants Of Interplanetart Craft'. 'Superstar' is awsome too. Hell theyre all awsome.
