Subject: looking for the name of a riding toy

I'm not sure what era this toy was made. You sat on it. It had two big wheels. One wheel on each side. with a handle on each wheel. You could go forward; backward and a complete circle. does anyone know this toys' name?

Big and red wheels and a yellow plastic round housing that you sat in...is this it? Its called a Crazy car or Krazy Wheel, I think by Mattel.
Pretty dangours idea if you ask me, in addition to the Sit and Spin, why were the toy compaines and parents so willing to spin their kids till they get dizzy and pass out?
