Wildflower-Skylark
American Woman-The Guess Who
Takin' Care Of Business-BTO
I Just Wanna Stop-Gino Vanelli

Lots of good stuff from North of the border!!!!

Here's a sleeper band: Lighthouse

I like their One Fine Morning and Pretty Lady  :D  Did they also do a song called Sunny Days?  ???

I also think the Guess Who is underrated.  Other 70's Guess Who gems: No Time, Hand Me Down World, Star Baby, Albert Flasher, Clap For The Wolfman.  I know I forgot some.  ::)

And major Kudos to Gordon Lightfoot, too!

What? No Neil Young?

I do like both Neil Young and Gordon Lightfoot and it doesn't matter what song it is, I like it all.

It was the first song I ever leared to play on the guitar - depressing as it is, we would sit at the cottage, drink beers and play the song all night! Fond memories of forgotten days    :)

I like a lot of the Guess Who's lesser played hits - "Heartbroken Bopper" ; "Running Back To Saskatoon" and "Raindance" come to mind.

"Stay Awhile" by the Bells was really good (and rarely played nowadays).

But my all time favorite album is from the 70's, by a Canadian group.  My handle whenever a site already has a "The Remf" is "Remf2112."  That should give you a good idea which group and album I mean.
