very tough, both were amazing drummers, both were unique characters, Moon was a hoot to watch, but its gotta be Bohnam for me :)

Definitely Keith Moon in my opinion.  From early tracks like "Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere" right up to the later stuff like "Who Are You", Moon was always interesting to watch and listen to.  Sorry, but although he was technically good, I've always found John Bonham a bit boring...
