Subject: Remember this cartoon?

This cartoon came on a local kids show in the 70's. It was, I believe, a Terry Toons cartoon. All I can vaguely remember is a garbage truck hitting a bump in the road and spilling it's load. Seems like the cartoon character in the cartoon had a french accent.

It wasn't "Meatball and Spaghetti" was it? I used to love that cartoon and the theme song too!

No, but thanks for your reply. It wasn't a series type cartoon. I wish that I could remember more about this cartoon.
