Subject: Goulash in a box - Like hamburger helper

I am looking for a product that my family used to make and I used to love. It was just called Goulash, came in a box just like hamburger helper, but I think it was made by someone else. All you had to do was boil the noodles and the ingredients in the box, and add chopped up left over steak, or beef of any kind. It would thinken and when done, there were these crumbs or something that you would sprinkle on top.
I have search everywhere on the net, and have found no reference to this. It was during the 70's and 80's. Any help would be REALLY appreciated.
