Is anyone planning to go see the new Bad News Bears movie with Billy Bob Thornton? I've seen ads for it on tv and it looks ok. :)

I don't know if I'm going to go see it. I might, with my boyfriend. I haven't decided yet. I haven't seen the original but I've heard the most famous line from the movie was pretty racist. I won't type it here because I don't want to insult anyone. It does look interesting from the trailer.

Doubt it. Looks like yet another cheap, ruanchy remake churned out by the lazy, greedy Hollywood crap machine. If I do see it, it will be in a drive-in, which is about half the cost of smelly, mega-plex theatre full of rude and noisy people.
There are so many other good offerings out there that don't get promoted because they don't feed the Hollywood greed machine.
