I liked 'Ahab the Arab' and 'The Streak'

I like his novelty songs, but actually my favorite was his countrified version of the Johnny Mathis classic "Misty."

Everything Is Beautiful was always a nice, uplifting song to me.
But his bread and butter is novelty songs. Besides The Streak, I also like Gitarzan. ;D

My pick has to be "Sittin' Up With The Dead" I'm the only Yankee in a family full of southerners and this has got to be one of the most peculiar things that they do down south. The song is hilarious if you've ever gone through the experience of sitting up all night with your dearly departed family member.

So many. I do like Everything is Beautiful. Not his typical song. But I also like Gitarzan, Sittin' up with the Dead, and (of course) the Streak. "Don't look, Ethel"

Like a few others I'll say "Everything is Beautiful". And that's it with Ray Stevens for me.
