Subject: What was this toy called and can you still find them?

Anyone remember these? You got two of them to a pack, and they looked like plastic cups turned upside down with a jump rope type string that you held on to. You would stand on the cups and walk around on them. Kind of like "kiddie" stilts. They were kind of dumb, but today at the hair salon, we started talking about them and nobody could remember what they were called. Do they still sell these? I haven't seen them in forever. Probably a safety thing now - I can remember spraining my ankle on them!

We made them with coffee cans and twine.
If I'm not mistaken they were made popular by the TV show Romper Room.
