First time what? ;)
The first 70's song I remember really liking (not counting some songs from, say late '79 that were still big radio draws in the early/mid 80's!) was "What a Fool Believes" from the Doobie Brothers, and also "Is This Love" from Bob Marley.

OKay, Im not sure what you mean so Ill answer both things that I think you could mean:
The very first song I ever remember hearing and actually liking (I had probably heard many songs before I heard one I liked) was Band Of Gold by Freda Payne.
The fsong I was listening to when I first did the 'wild thing' was a 70's song even though it was the 80's...It was You Make Loving Fun and Rhiannon by Fleetwood Mac.

first time listening to music..."in the summertime" by mungo jerry on an am only radio...the first time being with a girl would be "after the love has gone" ewf(earth,wind and fire)..the first time i did...what a minute, im starting to drift..nevermind@!!

Maybe it's just my naivete speaking (or maybe I didn't read it correctly!), but in all honesty, what do you mean by "first time"? Are you referring to the first time we heard a certain song and enjoyed it?
