Subject: Jack Wild dies

Yet another child star has died.
Jack Wild is most famous for playing the Artful Didger in Oliver!, and playing Jimmy in H. R. Pufnstuf. He had been battling throat cancer for many years.
He was also one of the youngest ever nominated for an Oscar, recieving the nomination for his work in Oliver!

Very sad, but hardly surprising given his lifestyle...
I last saw him a few years back on British TV in one of those 'where are they now'-type programmes...he looked pretty bad then...
