Subject: ELECTRONIC ACTION FIGURE - MOTION SENOR WITH HELMET ? ?

In the mid 1970s I had an electronic action figure that had a motion sensor wore a helmet with a bright light in it. He wore a red costume with black rubber boots and a cape. He was probably about 18" tall and was quite heavy for a toy. Do you know what this action figure was called?
