okay so my mother saw a movie in around 82-77
i think it it was somewhere after blue sunshine (76) and before blade runner (82)
in it she says is a young david boreanaz (she says i am not so sure)
it was in middle east, maybe egypt or some other desert area

a girl is a recovering drug addict and stays with friends
she dates a new guy
he gives her a bracelet but her roomate or friend (main character) never see him just a waiting parked car
then her friend disappears
turns out a lotta girls have been disappearing and something to do with bracelet

this girl wants to find her roomate so she investigates
my mother clearly remembers scene of the girl trying to reach a key on top of a door frame
she can't reach and is trying frantically
perhaps the killer was coming or something
u are kinda told maybe it was david boreanaz's character maybe not maybe some other guy that was in it
at some point david boreanaz's character warns her

not much else know as clues because she saw it so long ago but we have been trying to find it forever
we search imdb and tons of sites
no one lists any david boreanaz movies before the nineties even under his other names used
maybe it isn't him
but even if it isn't we wanna know the title

it sucks

nobody seems to know about him before he was a major star
tho i guess since my mom is older she could be wrong about him being in it
but i plug in plots and key words and stuff and nothing still comes up

I find that the International Movie DataBase very thorough, so there could an error on you mother's part. But I will keep an eye out for you when surfing around.

well actuallly someone pointed out to me that david was born in 1969 so i don't think it was him
but i still wanna know what it is

it was english but in it were arabic type speaking police
