Subject: 12 Jarts lawn darts missiles for sale
Written By: treasuretradin on 07/08/07 at 10:20 am
I have 9 Jarts plus 3 some kinda other brand lawn darts! Some are Franklin brand jarts, some are Regent sliders. One has a fin missing, one is missing screw and some have nicks and cracks - they are not perfect but playable or repairable, usable for parts. $100 plus shipping with tracking. I will accept Paypal but only if you call them "lawn toy". I am treasuretradin on Ebay with almost 2000+ feedback. nospam@insightbb.com

Hmm, no blood stains on the darts or parts of dislodged bone or flesh remaining on these infamously dangerous and banned family "fun" devices? ::)

So the person is trying to sell a banned dangerous family"fun" device without introducing themselves first? Inconsiderate don't you think? >:(

Either you guys had very good aim or very bad aim depending on how the Jarts were being used.

LOL! I mean, I can see that they could possibly be dangerous...but to ban them...maybe people should have been more careful...or not let very young kids play with them. I dunno? ???

This is a joke, right?

"I will accept Paypal but only if you call them 'lawn toy'": that's because you know eBay has banned their sale as well.

No, it wasn't a joke. I kind of chased them off. I told him/her the least they could do was introduce themselves before posting this stuff. My bad. ::)

Too bad, I just missed you ... you've since logged off. Saw the name, 'Capt Quirk' ... and thought ........' is that 'Quirk' being blatant about having another account? How scandalous! ;) :D ;D
No, I see you're different people.
Came across this post ....
I vaguely remember having an Archies record from a cereal box. I think it was Sugar Sugar. I also remember having a quarter taped to the arm so the record wouldn't skip.
(your response ......)
The more worn the record, the more change would get piled on.
Yes, does that bring back the good ol'/ bad ol' days of the 45's. I've tried to transfer a bunch to mp3, and now realise they must be just about worn out through the trick you mentioned. Heaps of coins on the needle head to stop it jumping/sticking ...
There's a lot to be said for mp3's/ cd's, in spite of what some of the old school might say ....

No, I see you're different people. Sometimes many different people in one day.

Yeah, but try throwing an MP3... they just don't fly as well.
