... forget Britney, Justin and Christina - these were my Mouseketeers!

I actually remember this opening sequence a little too well!

Also check out a very young Blair from The Facts of Life.

I remember seeing reruns of this in the very early 80s.  This streamrolls over the 90s version.  Such a classic! 8)

I did a thread on this a little over a year ago.  Good to see someone else likes the show. :)

Saw a clip on YouTube...

Ugh!... I originally thought it would be done in a typical cheesy '70's variety show format, but it's far worse than expected...

Nothing beats the original "Mickey Mouse Club" from the '50's.

I also enjoyed the reruns from the 50's with the Triple R and whatever else it was... Spin and Marty maybe? Wow that was a long time ago!

Someone was asking the name of Corey Feldman's sister that was a Mousketeer in the 70's.  Her name is Mindy.

Also Julie who appeared in the first season of The Facts Of Life was a Mousketeer along with Lisa Welch.

Not to sound too cynical, but at the time I thought it was even dumber than Romper Room, and certainly had none of the cerebral pep of Zoom!

Had I not been five at the time I would agree with you.  Do I get brownie points for going straight to Muppet's and skipping Sesame Street? :-\\
