Subject: Help Me - What Song Is This?

It's a song I used to hear a long time ago but need somebody to help me remember what it was.
It was instrumental, a funky-techno-disco thing with a lot of electronic keyboard and good to dance to. I think it was late 70's. What was distinctive is, every minute or so you can hear a dog bark one time. I think it may have had a bell "ding" sound periodically, too.
Does anybody have a clue what this might be? It's driving me nuts... ???

Possibly 'Was Dog A Doughnut' by none other than that 'funkmeister'...Cat Stevens!
