I remember every one of these things, although the car without seat belts, I just barely remember.  I didn't get to enjoy the drive ins too much as a kid, but they were around.

Actually the crank car window was within the last few years - certain car rental companies really like to go on the cheap!  ;D

Well...beings that I wasn't even born until 1977..... :D

Years and years ago, I remember when my little brother was just a toddler and he used to stand in the front seat (bench-type seating (who sees that anymore???) between mom (who was driving and me when I was sitting in the passenger side.)  Everytime we'd break, she'd throw her arm in front of my little brother (looking back on this now, it's amazing that he never got hurt!)

Actually only a couple years ago.  When I was still just dating my hubby there was this one gas station that was in a neighborhood in Pittsburgh and they still came out and put your gas in.  I can't recall if they asked if I wanted my oil checked or not (I suppose that would have been too much to hope for.)

We have a rotary dial (wall mounted) phone in our basement. It was there when we moved in and works perfect. It has a long cord so when I'm doing laundry I don't have to run upstairs to answer it.

My previous car, a Dodge Shadow had roll up windows. I now have a Neon. The 2 front windows are electric but the back 2 are roll up.

For everything else it's been a long time.
