Subject: Freak or Monster school folders

Hey all,

I hope you can help, this has been driving me slightly batty for years. I recall buying folders from a vending machine at school between '74 and '79. They were white and had drawings of various freaks and monsters, but they weren't tied to specific monster movies. The machine also sold the yellow pee chee folders.

Any ideas what they were called? Or the artist?
