Subject: Another Bad 70's Fashion Trend - Big Bow Ties

Remember when guys used to wear those big bow ties with their tuxedos? I've seen examples of this via clips from of 70s tv - a couple examples that come to mind are game show host Geoff Edwards on Treasure Hunt and Jimmie "JJ" Walker in a prom-themed episode of Good Times. Aside from the leisure suit, that has to be one of the worst fashion trends for men in that decade, IMO.

we really need a good pic of that.
actually, the great thing about the costuming in 'Zodiac', which came out last year, is that you get to see one of the main characters in a bow tie. and not because he was going to hit the town. because he chose to.
