Subject: For all Schoolhouse Rock fans out there!

Written By: cinnabon on 05/12/08 at 5:26 pm

Here is a link to the official unauthorized Schoolhouse Rock website:
www.school-house-rock.com

You can listen to all the songs in the categories of America Rock, Grammar Rock, Multiplication Rock and Science Rock with all the lyrics posted for each one, as well as order Schoolhouse Rock dvds.  :)

My favorite Schoolhouse Rock songs are:

How a Bill Becomes a Law ("I'm just a bill Yes I'm Only a Bill and sitting here on Capitol Hill)
Conjunction Junction
Figure Eight

It's the propoganda infused "Shot Heard Round the World" and "No More Kings" that explains the unpleasant ringing in your ears... :P

I remember most mentioned here.  "I'm Just a Bill" "Conjunction Junction" "A Noun ia a Person, Place or Thing"...weeee..!

;D ;D ;D ;D  I know what you mean...

anyway, ages ago, maybe 1990...they came out on VHS.  i found them in a local toy store and grabbed them, paying a pretty penny.  I had a great time showing them off and sharing them with friends.  then the off-broadway show came out.  then rock bands covered the songs.  Ugh.  my originality was gone.  i threw them in the garbage.

that was stupid.

For me, it's all about "Unpack Your Adjectives" and "The Great American Melting Pot".
