Subject: 70's sci show ID help

Hello all
I stumbled upon this wonderfull site while looking for the name of a different Sci Fi show, found it, ARK II. thank you.

But there is another show, maybe a miniseries, maybe a movie. Hopefully someone can help.

It was about a robot/android and a human that were searching the planet for where the robots came from, or thier creator. Along the way other robots try to stop them, gun fights, exploding robots etc. I only remember seeing it once, I think it was around the same time that Logans Run and the WestWorld shows were popular.

Does anybody have a clue, or did i make it up in my mind?
