(Los Angeles, CA) -- Los Angeles police say Don Cornelius, the original host of the "Soul Train" TV show was arrested on a felony charge of domestic violence Friday night. LAPD spokeswoman Norman Eisenman says officers arrested Cornelius after they were called to his Hollywood Hills home. The 72-year-old Cornelius posted 50-thousand dollars bail and was released from the Van Nuys jail yesterday. Eisenman says investigators don't know if anyone was actually hurt. "Soul Train" was an African American music and dance show created by Cornelius in 1970. He stopped hosting the program in 1993.

what is a 72 year old man doing at his age that would cause domestic violence..he was probably trying to break a hip ;D
