Subject: 60's or 70's miniature dolls

Hi,
I've been trying to tell my daughter about some miniature dolls I had in the late 60's early 70's. They were around 3/4" tall, came in a small container of some kind, i.e. case/compact...and possibly had a tree house.
Anybody have a picture/info of these??? Can't remember the names, I thought they were early Polly Pockets, but they didn't start til late 80's,I think.
