Subject: 70s hairspray commercial

I'm trying to remember the name of hairspray from a certian commercial. A husband and wife are in the bathroom. He's in the shower and she is standng in front of the mirror by the sink. She is using hairspray and he yells out "Are you spraying your hair again?" She then says "Can't hear you, water's running" and then she turns on the faucet. Anybody remember what the commercial was for?
