Subject: Charms Blow Pop commercial. . .

I wonder if anyone remembers a commercial for Charms Blow Pops. It was from the mid 70s and featured an evil scientist or magician who was trying to make his own kind of Blow Pop but would always fail when trying to blow a bubble with the bubblegum.

At the end of one particular commercial, the bad guy blows a bubble that looked like a balloon animal balloon.

Does it ring a bell with anyone or am I suffering some form of a weird nostalgia trip?
