Subject: I need help
I have an 80s conundrum!! I want to pick y'all's brains to see if you can help. I have this image from a video stuck in my head, but I can't remember how the song goes or the bands name!!! I have been racking my brain for 3 days, yes I need a life. Here is what I do know. Definitely a band from the 80s.This band is British or Irish, lead singer is a woman with long red-hair, I think it is a duo group. The video imagery is sort of Enya-esque, ethereal and sparkly. They are a one hit wonder. I know this isn't much, but I will recognize the band and/or song when I see it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know the people around me would probably pay y'all a reward if you could solve this mystery. :D

Oops, sorry about that, Kryllith. I have an 80s memory of a video with a woman playing oboe stuck in my head. I've always associated it with OMD for some reason.
Modified to add: What about Maureen Humphreys? She is credited as a vocalist on 1981's Architecture & Morality and on 1985's Dazzle Ships.

Oh, I admit that there have been one or more female vocalists or musicians playing with O.M.D. from time to time (song that immediate jumps in my mind is "Walking on the Milky Way), as there are in others bands. I just meant that the primary members weren't female. :)

Clannad were a band of brothers and sisters and all had dark hair infact Enya sang with them for a while as she is the younger sister.
