Subject: What group recorded this song?

Written By: Dante on 05/21/02 at 11:36 p.m.

I've looked through...and downloaded...just about every top ten
song...from the 1980s...in my attempts to locate one song...of which...the artist
identity eludes me.

...and still ....I have not been able to find it...

...If someone could please tell me the name of the band
or artist....that sings a 1980s hit...that...contains a chorus...without
actual lyrics....but one word or exclamation....if you will.......stretched
out...over the course of the chorus's duration...

       ...to the effect of...

"Whoa Whoa...Whoaahhoo woah..... wahhh......woah hoo woah hoo"
(repeat)

I can include... a short snippet of myself...attempting to sing,
acappella...the very chorus...that best identifies this song...  ...in anyone's e-mail.....should they need to hear...AUDIBLY...how this song goes...    ...so let me know.

...But thank you...to anyone who can supply me...with either
the song title...or the band/artist....that made this.

...It will certainly put my curiosity .....at
ease...once I know.

                                       Dante

Sounds to me like: Howard Jones - "Things Can Only Get Better"

Click on my station link below, go through the playlist, find it and click PLAY!  Only once.  Listen to the station and see if that's it.

 A thousand thank yous...

...I've been looking for this song...for probably close to a year now...after having heard it again...while browsing through a department store...

 ...Thank you...once again, Thundervamp...

...I'll be sure to consult with you...in the future...for any other 80s songs....or artists...I need the name of...or title to...
