It's been a while since I've seen this movie in its entirety, but doesn't he perform the Beatles' version of "Twist and Shout" during the parade?

Yes, It's "Twist & Shout" and he is doing a "Milli-Vanilli" to it.

It was off their 1985 album Stella.

The band's name is Yello. yes, it is spelled with no 'w'
