Subject: who's the artist?

Written By: sealbabes on 05/25/02 at 11:46 p.m.

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the name of the artist and title of the song with lyrics as follows (as best as I can remember):

How many times will you walk away?
How many times will you walk away?
Don't turn your back on me now
It's so easy for you
How many times will this river run dry?
How many times must this river run dry?
Your excuses are brittle and thin
As you sit in the garden of Eden
You sound crazy
I've got lots to learn
The world would do fine without my concern
As your poison falls from the sky
Smile for the camera like something devine
It scares me to think of the tramp in the mirror
'Cause when some things change
They change forever

Inside out
I was crying
Inside out
I was lying
Inside out I was dying

If it helps, it's a solo female who reminds me of Chrissy Hinde of the Pretenders, or Suzanne Vega (but it is neither of these)

Song: Inside Out
Artist: Crash Vegas
Date: 1990 or 1991

In the early 1990's Canadian band Crash Vegas had a few minor hits then faded into obscurity.  'Inside Out' is one of my 90's faves.  You may want to check out their other semi-hit'Pocohantus'.  I believe it's a Neil Young cover... not a bad tune IMO.
