That would be Out of This World, the sitcom about teenager Evie whose father was an alien! This show, along with Small Wonder, is the most asked about show on 80s forums, mainly because so many people never remember the name of the show! (i.e. it was a pretty forgettable show!) that was a cool show.  I have the song on my computer, I just downloaded about a week ago, ironic huh?  Let me know if you want it and I'll try to dig up the site I got it from.
